Posting schedule

Choose Draft or Live. Editing a scheduled card cancels its schedule for review.

Production workflow

Workflow labels are internal. Moving to Schedule Live does not choose a date or publish on Etsy.

One direct public HTTPS image URL per line, in display order. Claude can set URLs using MCP. Up to 10 JPEG, PNG or WebP images, 12MB per file.

Find Etsy category

Search actual Etsy categories to fill taxonomy_id, e.g. sign, lighting, decor. Review the category path before selecting.

Etsy shipping profile IDEtsy processing/readiness profile ID

Processing profile

Processing means production/preparation time before dispatch, separate from shipping transit. Choose an existing Etsy profile or create one. Etsy uses a readiness_state_id.

Production partner

For a made-to-order item manufactured by someone else, select the genuine production partner registered in Etsy. This helps avoid the marketplace eligibility error. Do not change who made it just to get around Etsy rules.

If no partner appears, set up your real production partner in Etsy Shop Manager first, then refresh this list. The existing manual ID field is also supported.

Personalization (Etsy buyer instructions)

Photo URLs are uploaded to Etsy after you approve sending a draft.

Shipping profile

Origin city must be the actual dispatch location, not the city the listing targets.

Choose an Etsy shipping profile or create a new one for a real dispatch origin.

Integrations

Etsy connection

Connect your own shop using Etsy OAuth. Credentials stay encrypted in your Cloudflare D1 database.

1. Etsy application details

Get the keystring and shared secret in Etsy Developers → Your Apps. Your numeric shop ID will be detected automatically after authorization. Add the redirect URL below in Etsy.

Etsy keystringShared secretShop ID (automatically detected after OAuth)

2. Authorize your shop

Not connected yet.

Required scope: listings_r, listings_w, shops_r, shops_w. Live actions publish through Etsy's activation endpoint.

3. Connect with existing OAuth tokens (no browser login)

Already authorized another integration or have Etsy API OAuth tokens? Enter an existing refresh token below. We use it to request a fresh access token and identify your shop automatically. The token must belong to the Etsy app configured above and include listings_w permission. A normal Etsy login or OAuth client ID alone is not a token.

Existing refresh token (required)Existing access token (optional, checks account match)

Tokens are sent directly to this protected Cloudflare Worker over HTTPS, encrypted before storage in D1, and are not saved in browser storage. Never send them to an AI agent.

Claude · AI agent access

Connect Claude to this NeonFeels workspace using an MCP connector. Claude can read and edit Etsy-ready cards, search real Etsy categories, list processing profiles and create new made-to-order profiles with your approval. Claude can also manage shipping profiles with a verified dispatch origin. Only you can send drafts, publish, or schedule live listings. Claude cannot access Etsy credentials or publish.

Generate a separate access token for Claude. It is displayed only once, so copy it directly into the connector settings. Generating another key immediately revokes the previous Claude key.

New Claude key · shown only now

In Claude: Customize → Connectors → Add custom connector. URL above. For authentication choose No sign in and add request header Authorization: Bearer YOUR_CLAUDE_KEY. Header support depends on the Claude interface and account.

GET /api/agent/schema

Alternative access from Claude Code or a scripted agent: Authorization: Bearer YOUR_CLAUDE_KEY. Also supports GET/POST/PATCH /api/agent/listings.

POST /api/agent/listings
